Rather than waiting until adulthood, the program begins at age 14, selecting 50 exceptional students annually through rigorous nationwide evaluation. These students enter a seven-year pipeline: boarding high school, Technion engineering degree, and dedicated placement path in elite technological units.
Students don’t just learn technology—they learn to lead it. Through intensive mentorship, operational exposure, and hands-on project work, Odem builds the judgment, creativity, and strategic thinking required to drive innovation in Israel’s most critical defense units.
